Bacti-Twist is a black, spiral shaped plastic media that is designed for both biological and mechanical filtration in aquatic systems. Bacti-Twist media comes inside a black nylon mesh bag. This makes for easy cleaning and handling - simply lift out bag and rinse off! Ideal media for use in our Aquafalls filters and can used inside our spillways to add biological filtration. Approximately 95 sq ft of surface area per cubic ft. Easy to clean- Lasts for years.
